Chrystina Pursell- Graduate of 2010
My experience in RCSM has changed my life. It has showed me who I was and who I truly am. It has taught me how to use my giftings and how to grow in them. It has showed me the Father's love in a new way. It has really changed my life knowing who I am in Father, God. RCSM changed my old thinking to life-filled thinking. It changed who I thought I was. I now know who I am and know what I am called to do. I am going to change the world!

RCSM has transformed me, refined me, strengthened me and helped pushed me to start pursuing my destiny. I have gained wisdom, built a strong identity, and experienced God on levels I never would have thought possible. I look back at my life before I started school and look at my life now, adn there's a huge difference! |

Kenathius Finch- First Year Student 2010
The school of ministry has changed my life completely. It has taught me to rely on God and not myself. I left an $18 an hour job to come to school and God had provided above and beyond for my family with food, not having to pay rent for the school year and a car.
It has helped to build my integrity and character so much and also taught me to be accountable and what ministry truly is. |

RCSM is not just a school for those who feel they have a call on their lives to be a pastor or who feel they need to be strongly involved inside the church. It's also for those who want to know more about God, His Word, His desires, His gifts, and themselves. The school will transform you to be the person you have been called to be.

It has often been taught that we need to go into the world and preach the gospel, make disciples, and heal the sick - RCSM has equipped me greatly with what it takes to actually walk that out in my life. With classes on healing and the prophetic, there is no other school around like it!
I've been saved for a long time, yet I never stepped up outside the church walls, and this school gave me many opportunities to do just that! In the process of consistantly going out and transforming lives, I too have been transformed!

Being a part of a body that wants to grow has been a very large part of the transformation in my life. For example, when the school would do an outreach, we would go as a group. This would allow me to step out of my comfort zone a lot! You would see the strength that came from the group and the encouragement that came from them as well.
The school has also allowed me to see all the aspects of operation and "behind the scenes" of a moving and growing church. I learned over the past year that each one of us has a gift that is needed in the church body to help the church operate effectively and to its fullest potential.
